The Movement Centre has partnered with the Superhero Series, the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero! The idea is simple: To create fun, full-throttle challenges where people with disabilities call the shots and don’t have to worry about cut-off times or equipment restrictions.

The Movement Centre is looking for families to join ‘Team Monty’ and take part in 2 events, the first being in August. Raising money and awareness about the work we do is important to us and taking part in an event like this will be great. We have free places in 2 events to fill. These will be given out on a first come, first served basis. You can find out more about the fantastic events here. All we ask is for you to aim to raise a minimum of £100 per family of Superheroes, and that you have lots of fun on the day. We’ll be there to cheer you on and support you all the way!

We are also  looking into the potential to get transport arranged to and from The Movement Centre (or nearby) for the events, so do let us know if this is something you would be interested in.

They would have to ask you a few questions, need a photo to have you turned into an Avatar and for you to be happy for the Superhero Series to announce you on social media. We think being turned in to Avatar sounds great!
