Anouska recently joined TMC as a Trustee in 2024. Anouska brings her experience as a former HR Director at Santandar UK and Vice President for Group Talent at Capgemini. Presently she serves as an Executive Director and Chief People and Transformation Officer at LGPS Central. Anouska has an enthusiasm for people and culture having led many initiatives. She enjoys walking in the countryside with her two dogs and is a keen rugby fan.
